Resources
We believe that knowledge belongs to everyone and is meant to be shared. It can be difficult to know where to turn for relevant sources of information regarding mental health and wellness. We understand that that everyone's perspectives and experiences are different but we do our best to provide resources that are evidence-informed and based on research that to our knowledge is credible, although we acknowledge that on some level all research includes some form of bias.
